As a pet owner, you always want to put your pet's needs above financial concerns. But as important as regular preventive care is to your pet's health, it can be challenging to budget for these persistent expenses.
Our Wellness Plans 'bundle' all the preventive services that keep your pet healthy throughout the year into an easy monthly payment plan, helping you save money and manage your budget.
Our Pet Wellness Plans for cats and dogs in Bartlett include all the essential care and treatment your pet needs to thrive.
Our Plans include annual and 6-month wellness exams, core vaccinations, bloodwork, and heartworm testing for dogs. Your pet's plan will also include a fecal exam to check for intestinal parasites and a 12-month supply of parasite prevention medications.
Wellness exams are a complete health checkup for your dog or cat. These routine exams allow our Bartlett vets to diagnose and treat any developing health issues and check on your pet’s diet to ensure they’re getting enough daily nutrients.
Our vets believe that disease prevention is essential to maintaining your pet's long-term health. The core vaccinations included with our Pet Wellness Plans help to protect your beloved animals against a range of serious, often life-threatening conditions.
Sometimes pets can appear healthy, but the early signs of disease can lurk hidden within their bodies - sometimes with no obvious symptoms. That’s why our vets perform a comprehensive physical checkup on your pet, to help ensure they’re healthy inside and out.
Left untreated parasites can be deadly for our beloved four-legged friends. Prevention provides the best protection for pets, which is why each Wellness Plan provides pets with a 12-month supply of flea and tick prevention, as well as heartworm prevention medication and testing with our plans for dogs.
If your dog or cat does become infected, fecal tests can help our vets to spot signs of intestinal parasites so that they can be treated as quickly as possible, before your pet becomes more seriously ill.
Below are a few of the common questions clients ask about our Pet Wellness Plans.
Wellness plans and pet insurance policies both offer valuable benefits, but they are very different.
The types of veterinary care covered by pet insurance and wellness plans will vary depending on your provider and level of coverage.
However, at a basic level, Wellness Plans are designed to help manage preventative care costs, while Pet Insurance is designed to cover emergency, accidents, or specific illnesses.
Wellness plans cover the recurring basics that all pets need (core vaccines, heartworm preventive, and flea preventive). In addition, you will receive 10% discount on any other service your pet needs, excluding food and grooming (e.g., dental procedures, spay & neutering, etc).
We offer Pet Wellness Plans for small dogs, medium dogs, large dogs, extra large dogs, giant dogs and cats.
Well, we strongly suggest that you do. But we are biased, of course, towards ensuring every pet we meet gets the best possible care.
Wellness plans make sense for all pets of all ages. Regular preventive care at a young age can help your pet stay healthy into old age. When you sign your pet up as a puppy or kitten, your puppy/kitten vaccines are included in the monthly fee.
Wellness Plans help ensure that pets remain healthy as they age. When you bring your senior pet in for the preventive care covered in your Pet Wellness Plan our vets will pay extra attention to screening for the earliest signs of age-related conditions. Most conditions at most effectively treated when caught early.
Bringing your senior pet in for regular wellness exams also allows our vets to provide proactive treatments to help your senior pet stay healthy and comfortable in their golden years.
We will enter your payment information (credit card) into a secure portal. You can choose the withdrawal date that's best for you (between the 1st and 15th), and your card will be charged monthly on that date. If there is ever a problem with your card (e.g., expired, lost, or stolen) please notify us as soon as possible so we can update the information.
If your pet passes during the 12 month commitment, notify us and we will cancel the plan for you so the payments will stop.
Yes, unless you request that we cancel your plan, it will renew automatically each year.
Even if your pet is healthy, preventative and routine care can add up quickly.
Our Pet Wellness Plans offer you an easy-to-manage monthly payment option, so that you know exactly what your core pet care will cost each month. No surprises.
By spreading out the payments, wellness plans help avoid the problem of bigger bills each time you bring your pet into the vet.
